Built in two weeks and used by 80,000 employees over 32 million times, saving MGB over $2M. COVID Pass evolved from a daily employee attestation tool to a critical employee touchpoint between staff and leadership.

Following a co-designed research plan with patient advocates, the stories of 16 patients and pediatric caregivers provided the foundation for current UX work at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, achieving buy-in for 3 new roles.

Built with a team of two in partnership with the Center for Nursing Excellence. The rapid success saw requests from three additional departments and the integration of a Generative-AI model to evaluate medical decision making.
